At our inn, you will experience authentic traditional Japanese culture and customs, and enjoy time-honored Japanese hospitality and service.
There are no convenience stores near our inn. We recommend that you stop by a store to purchase any necessary items in advance.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is from 15:00. Dinner starts at either 17:30, 18:00 or 18:30, so please check in by 18:00.
Please check out by 10:00 am the next morning.

Guest Rooms
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the inn.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or in the building. There is a smoking room on the first floor.

Yukata are available for rent in the lobby. Please choose your size and take it.
Check in to your room
A Japanese tea set is provided in the room.
Please boil water in a thermos. Place a tea bag in a kyusu (Japanese teapot), wait 3 minutes, pour into a cup and enjoy.
Room Etiquette
When you open the door of the room, you will see a "koagari" (raised tatami-floored seating area). Please remove your shoes or slippers before entering the room.
Please do not walk on tatami mats with shoes or slippers.
You are welcome to walk around in slippers inside the inn.
Please do not roll your suitcases on tatami mats.
Yukata (Japanese bathrobe) is available for guests to rent to wear as loungewear or to explore the area around the inn.
If it is cold, we provide a jacket to wear over the yukata.
Futon (Japanese style bedding)
While you are having dinner in the dining room, our staff will enter your guest room and put out your futon (bedding).
When you check out, you may leave your bedding in place.
Shop
おA shop with souvenirs and special products is located next to the lobby on the first floor.
The shop is open from 15:00 to 21:30 and from 8:00 to 10:00.

Coffee Corner
Coffee or tea capsules can be purchased at the front desk for self-service use.
Vending machines
Vending machines are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Cash only is accepted.
The vending machine on the 2nd floor sells water, tea, juice, coffee, etc. The vending machine on the 3rd floor sells alcoholic beverages such as beer and chuhai, as well as tea and water.
Cuisine
The dining rooms are on the first floor.
Dinner is served at 17:30, 18:00, or 18:30.

In addition to Kaiseki Ryori (banquet dishes), various special dishes can be ordered. (Some dishes require a reservation at least one day in advance).
Highchairs are available for children.
Breakfast is served between 7:30am and 8:30am in the breakfast room.
Bath
For the Japanese, one of the main attractions of a ryokan (inn) is a relaxing bath to unwind from the day's work.
Guest rooms have private bathrooms (except mountain side rooms), but large public baths are also available. There are separate baths for men and women.
The second floor public baths are available from 15:00 - 23:00 and 06:00 - 09:30.
There is also an open-air bath next to the large public bath.
There are also private open-air baths (Japanese and Western style, 2,200 yen per 40-minute session) and guest rooms with open-air baths.
Private open-air baths are available by reservation only. Reservations for the time of use are accepted at the front desk upon check-in.
The private open-air baths and the open-air baths in the guest rooms are not hot springs.
Bathing Etiquette
Please put your undressed clothes in the changing basket or locker. After locking the locker, please keep the key on your wrist while bathing.
Please do not use soap in the tub, soak towels, swim in the tub, or wash clothes in the tub.
Please sit on a low stool in the shower area when washing your hair or body. Please rinse off any soap or shampoo left on the floor with a shower or bucket.

(Picture on the right) Sake lees pack. After washing your face, take a cherry-sized amount and apply it to your face, and rinse it off after 2 to 3 minutes.

Swimming pool
An outdoor swimming pool is available only in summer.

Children's pool: 3m x 7m x depth 0.45m (approx. 9ft x 22ft x depth 1ft5)
Use of the pool is free of charge for our guests.
Laundromat
Washing machines and dryers are available (for a fee) in the poolside building.
